FastTrack enacts Business Continuity Plan in response to COVID-19 pandemic
We are in unprecedented times.
As the coronavirus (COVID-19) disease continues to spread around the world, the uncertainty that is being caused can be unsettling. At FastTrack we are treating this seriously and taking steps to protect our staff to ensure we continue to deliver the best service we can for our customers.
FastTrack is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our team and ensuring business continuity in our partnership with customers. With over two decades working alongside dynamic leading agencies in turbulent environments, we know that partnerships and reliability matter, and the mark of a true partner is standing with clients and supporting them in the most challenging times. We want to assure clients that we are here by your side.
As part of our ISO 27001 accreditation we have recently revisited our Business Continuity Plan to ensure we were prepared for such situations. We have the tools and processes in place, and we are confident in our ability to seamlessly deliver the services and value you rely on from FastTrack, even as we activate our business continuity plans and do our part to slow the spread of COVID-19.
Here’s an overview of the measures we are taking to maintain our service and protect our team, customers and partners:
- If an employee show signs of symptoms related to COVID-19, have travelled to a restricted destination, or have been in close physical contact with someone who has travelled to a restricted destination and is showing symptoms, we require them to work from home for 14 days.
- All employees will be encouraged to work from home from next Monday, March 16, using our existing tools and processes to ensure business as usual service.
- Any employees coming to the office will be required to use private transport to avoid public transport.
- Travel to certain international destinations is on hold until further notice, and all other travel has been restricted to business-critical only.
We want to be clear that these policies don’t change how we work with customers, or our ability to provide the great services expected from business-critical partners.
At FastTrack we have a people first culture. These measures will help protect not only our employees, customers, and partners, but also our community as a whole. We will be continuously monitoring the situation as it evolves and will adjust our policies accordingly to help keep everyone safe and healthy.
As this fluid situation evolves, we are here to help. Please reach out to our Customer Support team if there is anything we can do to support.
