COVID-19 FastTrack Update

It’s a weird time, that’s unsettling for many.

Here’s what we are doing to support our customers during this challenging time. As a fully cloud-hosted business, we have enacted our Business Continuity Plan (or BCP) with our team working from home to help keep them safe, flatten the curve, and continue to stand by our customers side.

We are so proud of our team and how they have quickly adapted. Our Customer Support team continue to resolve any enquiries as quickly as possible. Our industry-expert in house Professional Consultants continue to provide best-practice advice via video conferencing to ensure customers new and existing can streamline and scale with business improvement projects, as well as running regular online Academy learning sessions to help customers find further efficiencies.

Plus, our hardworking Product Development team are busy with the latest release, with over 55 innovative enhancements across the entire recruit, time, pay and bill end-to-end FastTrack360 platform.

So it’s business as usual at FastTrack to support the stars of the staffing industry help more people find work.
